Sydney / NSW (Dural HQ | Hybrid / On the Road)
Salary:$80k–$100k Base + Car Allowance + Bonuses
OTE:$100k–$130k+

Our client is one of Australia’s leading sports apparel brands, supplying premium uniforms, teamwear, and sportswear to schools and sporting organisations nationwide.
With over 17 years of success, they have built an outstanding reputation and now hold over 60% market share in key school categories, with exciting new product ranges launching this year.
Following internal promotions due to growth, they are now looking for a Sales Representative to own and grow the NSW territory.
The Opportunity
This is a highly autonomous, relationship-driven role where you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts across Sydney Metro and regional NSW.
You’ll be working directly with:

Private schools
-
Heads of Sport
-
School leadership teams (CFO, CEO, Principals)
-
Sporting organisations
This is a field-based role where your success will be driven by your activity, relationships, and drive.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow an existing NSW territory

Build relationships with schools and sports organisations

Identify and win new business opportunities
-
Conduct face-to-face client meetings across metro and regional areas

Present apparel solutions tailored to each organisation

Maintain regular contact with existing clients to drive repeat business

Work closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experience
Some regional travel will be required, including occasional overnight stays.
