Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth and success for our clients. If you have a passion for building strong client relationships, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you.
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders (project teams, procurement, management, etc.).
- Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for client needs within the agency.

Commercial Engagement:
- Support the Sales Director as he Manages the commercial process, finalizing contracts, work orders, sign-offs, and payments, delivering assigned revenue targets for key accounts.

Performance Analysis:
- Collaborate with delivery teams to monitor and analyze client performance metrics.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize client eCommerce strategies.

Upselling and Expansion:
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services based on clients' evolving needs and industry trends.
- Help Drive account expansion and revenue growth along with the Sales Director

Issue Resolution:
- Act as a proactive problem solver, addressing client concerns quickly to prevent potential challenges.

Communication:
- Maintain effective communication with clients, team members, and management.
- Regularly provide updates on account progress, project statuses, and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of proven account management experience within digital agencies, with a solid understanding of IT system development.
- Deep understanding of the Korean IT market, including market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive dynamics.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, combined with high professionalism.
- Proven ability to build champions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts with strong attention to detail.
- Hard-working, self-accountable individual.
- Fluency in both Korean and English is required.
