Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing

Location: Brisbane - hybrid
Salary: Up to $90k base 

About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive with a passion for sales and digital marketing. This role is all about hunting new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth through SEO and SEM solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, cold call, and hunt for new B2B opportunities across industries.

  • Engage decision-makers to understand their marketing needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions.

  • Drive revenue growth by promoting SEO, SEM, and performance marketing services.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to build client proposals and deliver effective campaigns.

  • Maintain a consistent sales pipeline through proactive outreach and follow-up.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, cold calling, or hunting roles.

  • Strong interest in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, paid media).

  • Confident communicator with proven ability to build relationships and close deals.

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.

  • Team player with a growth mindset.
