About the Role
Based in Brisbane, QLD, you’ll join our client’s energy efficiency pre-sales team as an Outbound Appointment Setter.
You’ll research and qualify business prospects, make outbound calls to decision makers and book quality appointments for the sales consultants and energy specialists, playing a key role in the growth of the commercial client base.

Duties
-
Research and identify business prospects using LinkedIn, web tools and CRM

Qualify leads against agreed criteria (location, size, industry, budget)

Make outbound calls to introduce our client and assess interest

Book and confirm meetings for sales representatives, managing calendars accurately

Record detailed notes in Salesforce and share insights with Sales and Marketing
Skills and Experience

Proven outbound calling, cold calling or appointment setting experience

Comfortable working to KPIs and managing a high daily call volume

Confident using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and online research tools

Strong verbal and written communication with professional record keeping

Coachable, resilient and proactive, with a team-focused growth mindset
