What You’ll Do

Drive new business by proactively sourcing and targeting opportunities.

Run engaging discovery calls to uncover client needs.

Build tailored solution presentations that truly connect.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead to contract.

Leverage AI-driven tools to stay ahead in productivity and lead nurturing.

Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver great client outcomes.

Feed customer insights back into product development.

Be a key player in shaping the sales culture.
What You Bring

4+ years of B2B SaaS sales success.

A strong record of winning new business and hitting targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Natural ability to build relationships and networks.

Analytical approach to market research and data.

Familiarity with HRIS, HCM, HRMS, or payroll software.

Based in Sydney or Melbourne.
