About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be on the road, meeting with key decision-makers, pitching premium sports apparel solutions, and securing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities

🔥 Sales & Business Development: Proactively identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities within the sports apparel industry.
🏆 Client Acquisition: Leverage your network to win new clients in schools, sporting clubs, and professional teams.
🤝 Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring repeat business and brand loyalty.
📈 Revenue Growth: Drive consistent sales growth by hitting and exceeding aggressive revenue targets.
🛠 Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales plan to maximize market penetration and expand our client’s presence.
💡 Product Knowledge: Become an expert in high-performance sports apparel, delivering compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations.
🚀 Collaboration: Work closely with the design, production, and leadership teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
