🚀 Business Development Manager – Premium Fresh Produce Wholesaler 🚀

Location: Melbourne
Salary:$150k + Super + Bonuses
Hours: Early starts (6am–2pm) required 3 days/week

🌟 The Opportunity:

Due to continued growth, we're searching for an experienced and passionate Business Development Manager to join their high-performing team. This role is a rewarding blend of nurturing existing client relationships (50%) and proactively seeking exciting new opportunities (50%).

You’ll engage with leading establishments including hotels, pubs, restaurants, clubs, hospitals, and aged care facilities, becoming their go-to trusted partner for fresh produce solutions.


🎯 Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management (50%)

    • Manage and grow existing client relationships through outstanding customer service and consistent, high-quality delivery.

    • Actively build rapport and ensure memorable, lasting partnerships with key clients.

  • New Business Development (50%)

    • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within hospitality and healthcare sectors.

    • Promote the unmatched quality, reliability, and service our client is renowned for.

  • Quality Assurance & Client Support:

    • Start early (6am) three days per week to oversee product quality and ensure seamless delivery.

    • Remain available and responsive to client calls, proactively resolving any issues swiftly.

  • Proven experience in Business Development & Account Management roles, ideally with exposure to hospitality, healthcare, or similar industries.

  • An outstanding ability to quickly build rapport, create lasting relationships, and become a trusted advisor.

  • Strong organisational skills, ensuring excellent client experiences through proactive communication.

  • Flexibility to start early mornings (6am–2pm), demonstrating commitment to exceptional service.
