🎯 The Opportunity:

Due to continued growth, we're now looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across new and existing clients.

You’ll leverage your proven ability to sell digital marketing services and HubSpot solutions, working directly alongside the founder—learning from a legend of the industry while significantly accelerating your career and earning potential.


📈 Your Responsibilities:

  • Grow Revenue: Identify, qualify, and secure new client relationships, showcasing the agency's proven results in HubSpot implementation, inbound marketing, and paid advertising.

  • Client Expansion: Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, driving upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

  • Strategic Selling: Clearly articulate the unique benefits of digital marketing services and HubSpot solutions, crafting bespoke strategies aligned to client business objectives.

  • Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with senior stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and essential marketing partner.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the founder to sharpen your sales skills, gain strategic insight, and amplify client success.

  • Experienced in B2B sales, specifically selling digital marketing services and/or HubSpot solutions.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and passion for inbound marketing methodologies.

  • An engaging communicator, confident in building meaningful relationships with decision-makers.

  • Driven, entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
