Business Development Manager – High Performance Street Prints & Traffic Management  Location: Sydney

Salary: $120k Base + Super + Vehicle + commission

About Our Client

Our client is an industry-leading construction traffic management company and street signage business. A family owned business, been around for 25 years, specialising in the film & entertainment, events, construction and state/local government sectors. 


Your Mission

Your role as a Business Development Manager is pivotal. Your focus will be 70% on the street prints business and 30% on traffic management. You will manage existing relationships, upsell and grow revenue whilst also going after new clients in the construction sector & local councils. 

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Hunter Mindset: Proactively target and secure new business opportunities within the construction sector and local councils. 

  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including councils, film production, events and developers. 

  • Market Presence: Actively promote and elevate our client’s respected brand in the NSW market.

  • Strategic Growth: Identify and leverage opportunities, such as street print projects requiring traffic management, to offer integrated solutions that deliver maximum client value.

  • Sales Excellence: Showcase our client’s services through compelling presentations and proposals, focusing on exceptional customer service, reliability, and competitive advantage.


Your Profile

You are an ambitious and entrepreneurial professional, ideally with:

  • Proven experience in sales or a revenue generating role. 

  • Strong existing relationships and networks within the NSW construction market (not a must, but a nice to have) 

  • A motivated, proactive mindset with an enthusiasm for winning new business.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, along with having exceptional admin skills - email, excel, power point.

  • Must have experience & capability to use a CRM and be diligent with it. 

  • A passion for growth, winning and creating positive outcomes.
