Our client is a hypergrowth med-tech startup that has already proven product–market fit in Australia and is now launching into the United States .

In Australia, they’re consistently closing 10–15 deals per month with an average contract value of $6k per year — and demand is accelerating.

Now it’s time to scale.

This role is for someone who wants to be first on the ground , build the US market from scratch, and play a critical role in what is designed to become a nationwide platform with sales teams in every state .

The Role

As the Founding US Sales Executive , you will:

  • Own the US market launch end-to-end

  • Sell directly to medical practices, clinics, and healthcare groups

  • Run discovery calls, demos, and close deals

  • Build early traction, pipeline, and reference customers

  • Work closely with the founders to refine messaging and go-to-market strategy

  • Help shape the future US sales org (you won’t be alone forever — but you start it)

There is no ceiling here. This role grows as the company grows.


Earnings & Upside

  • $60k base salary

  • 10–15% commission on all closed deals

  • Clear path to $150k–$300k+ as volume scales

  • Equity options available for the right person
