Job Overview: We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative who excels in a fast-paced, goal-focused environment. In this role, you will identify, engage, and qualify high-value prospects for our enterprise solutions, collaborating closely with Account Executives to generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Outbound Prospecting: Utilise a multi-channel approach—including cold calling, email, LinkedIn, video, and networking—to connect with key decision-makers at mid-sized to large enterprises.

    • Lead Qualification:  Apply a consultative method to uncover pain points, business challenges, and opportunities that align with our solutions.

    • Persona-Based Selling:  Customize messaging and outreach tactics based on customer personas and industry-specific insights.

    • Sales & Marketing Collaboration:  Partner closely with Account Executives to enhance outreach strategies and provide valuable feedback for marketing initiatives.

    • Technology Utilization:  Leverage tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and intent-driven platforms to maximize prospecting efficiency.

    • Consistent Achievement:  Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to meetings booked, pipeline growth, and engagement rates.

What Makes You an Excellent Fit

✅  Proven SDR/BDR Experience:  Over 2 years in SaaS, tech, or B2B sales development roles, with a strong background in outbound prospecting.
