About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, disciplined, and hungry Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client’s growing enterprise sales team in Brisbane.

This is a junior sales role designed for someone early in their career who wants to learn how enterprise sales really works — from prospecting and discovery through to pipeline creation and deal support.

You’ll be at the front end of the sales engine, helping identify opportunities, start conversations with customers, and support senior salespeople as deals progress. If you bring the right attitude, work ethic, and coachability, everything else can be taught.

This role is well suited to retired or transitioning athletes, or anyone with customer-facing experience who wants to build a long-term career in sales.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound activity

  • Support Account Managers and Presales teams by building and progressing pipeline

  • Research customers and industries to identify where solutions can add value

  • Take part in discovery conversations and learn how to position solutions effectively

  • Assist with sales campaigns and targeted outreach activities

  • Help prepare sales materials, presentations, and follow-ups

  • Maintain accurate activity and notes in the CRM

  • Learn how enterprise deals are shaped, progressed, and closed

This is a hands-on learning role where you’ll be exposed to real deals and real customers from day one.
