Marketing Specialist – Commercial Security Systems Location: Dallas, Georgia
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 base (DOE) + performance bonuses

About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing commercial security systems provider serving the Northwest Metro Atlanta area. They design, install, and maintain access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems for businesses including warehouses, dealerships, healthcare facilities, schools, restaurants, and commercial office spaces.

As the business continues expanding into 2026, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist to take ownership of all marketing efforts — shaping the brand, driving demand, supporting sales, and helping propel the next phase of growth.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Demand Creation
  • Develop and manage targeted marketing campaigns across commercial verticals.

  • Build inbound and outbound funnels to drive qualified leads.

  • Create outreach assets including email sequences, case studies, and sales collateral.

  • Manage paid advertising across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.

2. Brand Positioning & Messaging
  • Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity.

  • Develop messaging tailored to key decision-makers — facility managers, general managers, and C-suite executives.

  • Communicate differentiators such as service quality, response times, and preventive maintenance programs.

3. Content Creation & Management
  • Create and coordinate blogs, social content, videos, graphics, and testimonials.

  • Oversee photo/video shoots highlighting successful projects and client stories.

  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent posting across all platforms.

4. Digital Marketing & Website Management
  • Manage and optimize the company website for SEO, landing page performance, and conversion rates.

  • Track and report website traffic, engagement, and lead generation metrics.

  • Ensure all online content accurately reflects offerings and promotions.

5. CRM, Analytics & Reporting
  • Oversee marketing workflows within the CRM to support the sales pipeline.

  • Build dashboards to track leads, conversions, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Present insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership.

6. Sales Support & Alignment
  • Develop brochures, proposals, and case studies to support the sales process.

  • Build nurturing campaigns for cold, warm, and inactive leads.

  • Collaborate with sales to refine messaging and ensure alignment between marketing and revenue goals.

7. Events, Partnerships & Community Marketing
  • Plan and execute local events, trade shows, and sponsorships.

  • Build partnerships with IT firms, contractors, and distributors.

  • Utilize manufacturer MDF (marketing development funds) to amplify campaigns.

8. Reputation Management & Customer Experience
  • Manage online reviews and reputation (Google Reviews).

  • Implement review-generation campaigns after installations and service calls.

  • Develop case studies and client success videos to highlight outcomes.

9. Vendor & Internal Coordination
  • Act as the central point for all internal marketing requests.

  • Coordinate with external vendors such as designers, photographers, and web developers.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels.

10. Strategic Growth Planning
  • Develop and execute the company’s 2026 marketing strategy.

  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Recommend new channels, tools, and processes to enhance performance.


Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of marketing experience (B2B, commercial services, or technology preferred).

  • Strong grasp of digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising .

  • Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and execute with precision.

  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).

  • Bonus: Experience within security, low-voltage, or systems integration industries.
