About the Role
As a Junior Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role behind the scenes ensuring surgeons have the right tools for life-changing procedures.
You’ll help prepare and coordinate medical device kits that include implants, instruments, and equipment — ensuring everything is ready, accurate, and delivered on time.
Your work directly supports surgeries that improve and save lives.
What You’ll Do

Pick, pack, and dispatch medical device kits with precision and efficiency

Ensure all kits are delivered in full and on time

Conduct quality checks on returned kits

Maintain accurate records within internal systems

Work closely with hospital staff, sales teams, and customer service
-
Support the wider operations team in delivering exceptional service
