Part-Time Content & Distribution Manager (10 hrs/week)
Description:
We run a recruitment & education business helping former pro athletes transition into high-performing sales roles. We create a lot of content (podcast, LinkedIn, blogs, video) and need someone to repurpose, publish, and systemise it. Operate in USA and Australia. Based out of Sydney, Australia.
This is an execution role — not strategy-heavy.
Responsibilities:
Publish podcast episodes through Riverside
Repurpose long-form content into short clips
Manage Instagram posting (1–2/day)
Publish blogs & newsletters
Upload and organise content in Google Drive/website
Light video editing
Requirements:
Canva
Basic video editing
Strong organisation
English proficiency
Comfortable with AI tools
Know or can learn Riverside.fm
Proficient with Instagram and LinkedIn
Hours:
~10-15 hrs/week
