We are looking for a motivated Legal Recruitment Consultant to join our client's successful team. This role primarily focuses on headhunting elite legal professionals for prestigious law firms and in-house legal departments. While some client interaction is involved, most of your time will be dedicated to managing accounts and sourcing outstanding candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively headhunt and engage lawyers across various practice areas

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial candidate approach to placement

Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates

Provide consultative advice to clients on market trends and hiring strategies

Manage client accounts, ensuring consistent delivery and satisfaction

Achieve and exceed set targets and KPIs
About You

1–3 years’ experience in sales (recruitment experience highly regarded)

Demonstrated “hunter” mentality with a proven track record in business development or headhunting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
