The Opportunity
We’re looking for a high-performing Account Manager to take ownership of an established portfolio of national clients, driving growth through exceptional relationship management and strategic account development.
This is a role for someone relentless, personable, and commercially astute — a self-starter who’s not afraid to pick up the phone, hit the road, and get after it. You’ll be trusted to nurture existing clients, upsell new opportunities, and grow profit within a multimillion-dollar portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a $2M+ GP account portfolio across Sydney and NSW.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across multiple industries, including FMCG, food & beverage, manufacturing, and commercial sectors.

Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving profitable growth.

Visit clients face-to-face 1–2 days per week and manage all other interactions via phone and email.

Reactivate dormant accounts and engage with customers who haven’t purchased within the last 24 months.

Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

Maintain accurate data in HubSpot CRM , tracking pipeline, opportunities, and performance.

Provide regular reporting on client activity, forecasting, and market trends.
About You

Proven track record in B2B field sales or account management , ideally in print, packaging, FMCG or manufacturing .

A natural relationship builder — personable, confident, and commercially savvy.

Self-motivated, tenacious, and results-oriented. You know how to get after it and make things happen.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage at all levels — from founders to procurement and marketing.

Experience managing large accounts with multiple stakeholders.

Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience a bonus).

Based within commuting distance of Smeaton Grange (on-site role).

- Base Salary: $120K + Super + $12K Car Allowance.
