Business Development Manager – Exclusive C-Suite Golf Network

Location: 100% Remote (Australia)
Salary:$85k base + Super + Uncapped Commissions

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an ambitious, driven, and talented Business Development Manager to drive membership growth. You’ll directly impact the success of this unique networking concept, helping attract high-calibre C-suite executives and business leaders to our client's exclusive golfing community.

If you excel in sales, enjoy building meaningful relationships with senior executives, and have a passion for building businesses, this role presents a significant career opportunity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Membership Growth: Identify, engage, and secure new members from high-profile business executives and leaders.

  • Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with senior executives, effectively communicating the value of membership.

  • Strategic Outreach: Plan and execute targeted outreach initiatives leveraging your network and professional sales experience.

  • Member Experience: Ensure members experience a seamless onboarding process and feel immediately engaged with the community.

  • Growth Strategy: Collaborate directly with the founder to continuously refine and execute a robust growth strategy.


Who We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly selling to senior executives or decision-makers.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and comfortable working autonomously within a dynamic start-up environment.

  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills, capable of rapidly establishing trust and credibility.

  • Ambitious professional with a genuine desire to grow professionally and be part of something significant.

  • Interest or background in golf is advantageous but not required.
