Your Role
We’re looking for a driven, energetic, and motivated professional to help execute a customer-focused, solution-led sales strategy. You’ll play a key role in positioning our offerings and delivering seamless end-to-end workforce management solutions to clients.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be at the front line of identifying and nurturing new opportunities. You’ll build and manage an outbound pipeline that positions our platform as a leading choice in a competitive market.
You’ll report to the Head of Sales and collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product teams. This is a hybrid position with four in-office days per week in Sydney.

What You’ll Do

Own a phone-based outbound sales role.

Become an expert in the company’s value proposition and product offering.

Prospect into strategic opportunities using tools such as Seamless AI, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong Engage.

Collaborate with Marketing to build outbound campaigns and develop HubSpot sequences for multi-channel prospecting.

Book and coordinate meetings for Account Executives.

Log activities and maintain accurate CRM records.
How to Succeed

Have prior experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in a phone-based pipeline generation role.

What We’re Looking For

Proven B2B SDR experience, preferably in SaaS.

Confident in making cold calls.

A track record of generating opportunities and meeting or exceeding targets.

Excellent communication skills, including comfort liaising with senior executives.

Analytical skills for market research and opportunity identification.

Familiarity with TMS, HRIS, HCM, HRMS, or payroll software is a plus.
