About the Role:

You’ll play a pivotal role in providing a seamless, enjoyable car-buying experience for our customers. You won’t just be selling cars—you’ll be helping customers find the perfect  vehicle, guiding them through the entire process from trading in their existing car all the way through to picking up there brand-new car! Your relationship-building and pipeline management skills will be the key to your success.

But don’t worry—you won’t be doing it alone! You’ll have the support of a dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced sales team led by the best. It is deeply ingrained into our culture to help each other and succeed together!

What does a Day in the Life of a consultant look like:

  • Customer-first approach:  Handle all requests swiftly.
     

  • Relationships:  Take the time to understand everything about your customer and their current situation helping them source the perfect car to suit them and guiding through the entire journey of their purchase. It’s about the lasting relationship and customer experience above all else!
     

  • Save Hassle:  Discuss trade-ins, assist with financing options, and working closely with the Customer Care team for protection products. Making the process simple for your customer.
     

  • Work your magic:  Take the time to collaborate with our nationwide network of dealers to source the perfect   car for your customer.
     

  • Teamwork makes the dream work:  You’ll be part of a passionate, supportive sales team that’s always ready to lend a hand.
     

  • Leverage technology:  Use our  Salesforce platform  to streamline the process and deliver a seamless, fully automated buying experience.
     

  • Earn some money!:  Each step you take towards helping our customers, gets you closer to earning some serious income!

  • Sales experience:  You’ve worked in sales before (whether online, phone sales, or door-to-door—you’re a natural deal-closer).
