Our client is a fast-growing Australian business helping everyday Australians use their superannuation to invest in property. Founded five years ago, the business is founder-led, entrepreneurial, and now entering its next major growth phase.
Right now, the performance gap is clear:

Top performers are doing 10–15 deals per month and earning up to $360k annually

The Role
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for generating and closing property investment opportunities using clients’ superannuation.
You’ll work across:

Referral partnerships(mortgage brokers, accountants, real estate agents)

Warm inbound opportunities
-
Direct-to-consumer investor conversations(occasionally)
This is not a call-centre role. It’s a relationship-driven, commercially minded sales role where effort directly correlates to income.
What You’ll Be Doing

Converting qualified leads into property investment outcomes

Building and maintaining referral partnerships with brokers, accountants, and agents

Educating clients on how superannuation can be used to invest in property

Managing your own pipeline and activity levels
-
Owning your performance, numbers, and results
Who This Role Is For
We’re looking for people with an athlete mindset — disciplined, coachable, resilient, and competitive.
You may be:

An athlete with 1–3 years of sales experience, or
-
A current or former athlete with no formal sales experience, but strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work full-time
You do not
need a background in finance or property.
You do
need hunger, work ethic, and the ability to back yourself.
What Success Looks Like

3–6 months: learning the craft, building pipeline, closing your first consistent deals

12 months: 8–12 deals per month

Top tier: 15+ deals per month = $300k–$360k+ earnings
