Our client is a leading provider of innovative physical and digital security solutions across the United States. Since 2003, they’ve specialized in advanced security systems including fire alarms, shooter detection, cloud-based security platforms, voice/data and fiber cabling, security cameras, and access control.

Their clients span a diverse range of industries — from retail, education, and government to healthcare, hospitality, and manufacturing. Following a successful company restructure, they are now entering a significant growth phase and are seeking a strong sales leader to help drive this next chapter of expansion.


The Opportunity

We’re searching for a Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and empower a team of four sales professionals — with plans to expand the team further over the next 12 months.

This is not a cold-calling or technical sales role. Instead, it’s a leadership position where you’ll be responsible for coaching, developing, and holding the team accountable to a proven process that has already delivered success.

You’ll bring energy, structure, and motivation — creating an environment where the sales team can thrive, exceed targets, and feel supported every step of the way.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of four (and growing) sales professionals.

  • Drive performance through clear goal-setting, regular 1:1s, and accountability frameworks.

  • Inspire and develop the team to consistently exceed individual and team sales targets.

  • Support professional growth through ongoing training, skill development, and performance feedback.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine sales strategies, streamline processes, and maximize results.

  • Foster a positive, competitive, and high-performance sales culture.

  • Monitor metrics, pipelines, and conversion rates to ensure team success.


Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, management, or team development.

  • Background in sales (B2B, services, or technical sales experience preferred).

  • Passion for mentoring, coaching, and building high-performing teams.

  • Excellent communicator with a positive, motivating leadership style.

  • Strong ability to hold individuals accountable while fostering trust and support.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset — excited to help shape the future of a growing team.

(Experience in low-voltage, security, or technology systems is an advantage but not essential.)
