Following a successful company restructure, they are now entering a significant growth phase and are seeking a strong sales leader to help drive this next chapter of expansion.
The Opportunity
We’re searching for a Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and empower a team of four sales professionals — with plans to expand the team further over the next 12 months.
This is not a cold-calling or technical sales role. Instead, it’s a leadership position where you’ll be responsible for coaching, developing, and holding the team accountable to a proven process that has already delivered success.
You’ll bring energy, structure, and motivation — creating an environment where the sales team can thrive, exceed targets, and feel supported every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and coach a team of four (and growing) sales professionals.

Drive performance through clear goal-setting, regular 1:1s, and accountability frameworks.

Inspire and develop the team to consistently exceed individual and team sales targets.

Support professional growth through ongoing training, skill development, and performance feedback.

Collaborate with senior leadership to refine sales strategies, streamline processes, and maximize results.

Foster a positive, competitive, and high-performance sales culture.

Monitor metrics, pipelines, and conversion rates to ensure team success.
Who We’re Looking For

Proven experience in sales leadership, management, or team development.

Background in sales (B2B, services, or technical sales experience preferred).
