The Opportunity
We’re searching for an inspiring Sales Manager to lead, coach, and motivate a growing team of 4 sales professionals (and more to come in 2025). This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll focus on mentoring your team, driving accountability, and ensuring consistent performance across an exciting, inbound-driven sales environment.
You won’t need to manage the full sales cycle yourself — your mission is to lead from the front, nurture talent, and build a culture of success.
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead, support, and develop a team of 4 sales consultants, with scope for future growth.

Create a high-performance culture through coaching, clear targets, and accountability.

Guide the team to deliver exceptional service and close warm, inbound leads.

Work with leadership to refine the sales process and identify new opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless client experience.

Track performance metrics, celebrate wins, and develop strategies for improvement.
About You

Proven experience in sales leadership or team management, ideally in travel, events, hospitality, or a similar service industry.
