The Opportunity

We’re searching for an inspiring Sales Manager to lead, coach, and motivate a growing team of 4 sales professionals (and more to come in 2025). This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll focus on mentoring your team, driving accountability, and ensuring consistent performance across an exciting, inbound-driven sales environment.

You won’t need to manage the full sales cycle yourself — your mission is to lead from the front, nurture talent, and build a culture of success.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, support, and develop a team of 4 sales consultants, with scope for future growth.

  • Create a high-performance culture through coaching, clear targets, and accountability.

  • Guide the team to deliver exceptional service and close warm, inbound leads.

  • Work with leadership to refine the sales process and identify new opportunities.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Track performance metrics, celebrate wins, and develop strategies for improvement.


About You

  • Proven experience in sales leadership or team management, ideally in travel, events, hospitality, or a similar service industry.

  • A natural coach who loves mentoring, developing, and empowering others.

  • Energetic, organized, and performance-driven, with a passion for motivating teams.

  • Excellent communicator with strong influencing and relationship skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to turn plans into results.
