Job Summary: Our client, a leading commercial real estate agency, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join their team. As a Commercial Real Estate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and building relationships with clients to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by identifying and pursuing leads through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth
- Conduct property tours and showings with potential buyers or tenants
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify new business opportunities
- Develop and present customized proposals and solutions to clients to meet their specific needs
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute successful sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process and beyond
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in commercial real estate sales or related field
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively
