Territory Manager – Marine Products (NSW)

Location: NSW (Work from Home + Travel)
Salary: Up to $100k base + Super + Car + Phone + Laptop + Uncapped Commissions
OTE:$140k–$180k+

This is an exciting opportunity to join their team at a time of expansion, taking ownership of their largest territory in NSW.


The Role

As Territory Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth across New South Wales, selling award-winning boating solutions to boat owners, marine dealerships, and industry partners. This role combines autonomy, variety, and earning potential, with both inbound and self-generated leads contributing to your success.

From building strong client relationships on-site at marinas, to attending industry events and forging strategic partnerships, you’ll be the face of the brand in NSW.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow NSW’s largest territory, with an annual target of $3.2M.

  • Engage directly with boat owners at marinas and deliver tailored product demonstrations.

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with boating dealerships and marine industry stakeholders.

  • Attend industry events, showcasing innovative docking systems to new audiences.

  • Handle approximately 10 inbound leads per week while proactively generating new opportunities.

  • Operate autonomously in a work-from-home capacity, scheduling travel across NSW.


About You

  • A driven, motivated salesperson with the resilience to handle rejection and the hunger to win.

  • Proven ability to build strong, fast, and memorable client relationships.

  • Ideally a boating enthusiast with a passion for the marine lifestyle (advantageous, not essential).

  • Strong closing skills with experience in managing a high-value sales pipeline.

  • Full driver’s licence and ability to travel across NSW.
