The Opportunity

Are you ready to elevate your sales career and make a real impact in healthcare? We’re looking for a Territory Manager to join our Head & Neck Division, specialising in Ear, Nose & Throat solutions. In this role, you will sell advanced surgical technologies that support procedures related to sinus and airway interventions. You’ll champion innovative devices that empower surgeons to restore function, improve quality of life, and deliver life-changing outcomes for patients—helping providers achieve the highest standard of care. This is a Queensland-based role, covering hospitals and healthcare facilities across the entire state.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to exceed targets

  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, procurement teams, and healthcare professionals

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction

  • Deliver product demonstrations, surgical support, and educational sessions

  • Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale clinical support


Who You Are

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven success in sales with a track record of exceeding targets (3+ years)

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences

  • Strategic mindset with business acumen and market analysis skills

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across Queensland

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health, Business, Nursing, or related field

  • Knowledge of hospitals and selling in the healthcare setting

  • Experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical sales highly regarded
