The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and relationship-driven Territory Manager to join the team in Melbourne, covering the Central and Eastern suburbs .

This is an established territory with a strong customer base already in place, giving you the chance to make an immediate impact while continuing to drive growth. You’ll work autonomously out in the field and have the support of a dedicated clinical specialist and a close-knit Victorian team.

This role is ideal for someone with medical sales experience or a strong sales background who wants to step into the high-performance world of medtech.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an established territory across Central & East Melbourne .

  • Service existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital procurement teams.

  • Provide clinical and product support in theatre when required.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless supply, product availability, and service excellence.

  • Participate in on-call roster (every third weekend) with compensation of $300 per weekend.


About You

  • Proven experience in sales — ideally within medical devices, healthcare, or related industries .

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously in a field-based role.

  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities.

  • Comfortable supporting trauma and extremities procedures (training provided if needed).

  • Full driver’s licence and flexibility to travel across the Central & Eastern suburbs.


What’s On Offer

  • Base Salary: $130K + super + $11.5K car allowance.

  • OTE: $160K+ with uncapped commissions.

  • On-Call Compensation: $300 for every weekend worked (1 in 3).
